1. Locate a Cryptoclidus
- They spawn with Obelisk Squid
2. Passive Feed
- Raw Fish can be used but is less effective
- Preferred food is Raw Calamari, kill and harvest Obelisk Squids
3. Congrats! You've tamed a Cryptoclidus!

Taming Process
1. Locate some Obelisk Squids
- They spawn with Cryptoclidus
- Spawn in groups
2-1. Place a Fish Basket on Obelisk Squid & Capture
- Remember to refresh spoil timer
- Can use the metal fish basket from Extra QOL Items: Fishing for infinite timer
2-1. Capture using Hand Fishing Net
- Extra QOL Items: Fishing item
- MUST have empty fish baskets in inventory for it to work
- Simply hit your chosen Squid with the net
3. Congrats! You now have an Obelisk Squid!
